I'm not sure when this started but I first noticed that Windows Update was not delivering new virus definition updates for Windows Defender when I tested on 1 just after the July 2019 Patch Tuesday. Windows Defender is usually disabled on my system, but I've also noticed that if I enable Windows Defender and run a manual Windows Update that it will report that no updates are available. ![]()
